The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. For more tips on keeping your gaming chair in mint condition, we’ve put together a handy Aftercare Guide with more detailed maintenance instructions.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ontario. Once you’ve placed your order, it will typically be processed within 1 working day and delivered within 3 working days.* Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Love at first sit
To be completely honest, the price seemed like a lot to me before buying. But then I got the chair and I can confidently say the price is 100% worth it. From delivery, to the packaging, ease of assembly, and the comfort, the whole "Secret Lab" experience is miles ahead of any other office/gaming chair. The new Soda Purple colour is gorgeous! My husband and I both own a secret lab chair, he has the hybird leatherette and I have the soft weave, both are great. His is the older gen without the magnetic parts, whereas mine is the new gen with the magnetic parts. The magnetic headrest and armrests give the chair a much sleeker look for sure, and I like that I can easily swap out the armrest colour down the road if I want. We recommend these chairs to everyone we know who's looking for a supportive, comfortable, well made chair. So happy with my purchase.

The experience was great, easy to build and comfortable. The only thing which surprised me was the hardness of the padding. The first few days my back hurt pretty bad, but after these 3 days my back feels very good. Probably better than it has ever felt on my old chair
