The assembly video and guide will walk you through each step of assembly. We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-2 working days for Ontario/Quebec and 2-5 working days for the rest of Country.

For anyone considering spending money for a quality item, read this: Before finding Secretlab, we ordered a Herman Miller chair. It was a waste of money, had flimsy plastic parts and the return process was painful. We received the Secretlab chair and are amazed with the weight, durability, comfort and quality of craftsmanship. This chair is incredible. We bought the upgraded wheels and it feels like you're rolling on air! Customer service is phenomenal and we are now lifelong Secretlab customers! I hope they make dining room chairs soon;)

High quality chair that feels and looks super sturdy. Assembly was easy and everything fitted together nicely. Only problem I have is the price, but you get what you pay for and after using it for a few days almost living in it, it is worth every penny. I just hope it lasts several years and that it doesn’t break. All in all I will and can recommend this chair if you have the money to pay for the premium.
