We strongly recommend that you watch this before attempting to assemble your Secretlab gaming chair as it contains vital safety information and tips that will make your assembly process smoother. Most users take about 20 minutes to assemble their chair.

We engineer our chairs for years of daily use, but proper aftercare is still crucial to ensure they stay in good condition. This means keeping liquids away from your Secretlab chair and wiping it down regularly to keep it clean. Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders typically take 1 working day to be processed and will thereafter be delivered within 1-2 working days for Ontario/Quebec and 2-5 working days for the rest of Country.

Static electricity problems killing my computer
The chair is not grounded properly, causing static electricity problems slowly murdering my computer. Can't recommend. 0/10.

While we were able to locate your order for the Secretlab TITAN XL 2020 SoftWeave® Black3, we are unable to locate any support ticket with regard to the static concerns that you have mentioned. We hope to share that like all fabric items, static buildup may occur due to a combination of factors - in this case, the friction between the chair and clothing material in a dry, low-humidity environment might be the main cause. That said, we understand the importance of a solution to your experience and a quick way would be to utilize our Secretlab Upholstery Wipes which contain anti-static agents that should help with the static buildup. You may reach out to our support team at https://secretlabchairs.ca/pages/contact regarding the Upholstery Wipes and they will be able to assist you further. Additionally, should you have a humidifier, we also find that it helps greatly with reducing general static buildup in the usage environment. Don't bother with XL if you are a heavier person
I bought the Titan XL in 2020 and it broke just after one year after i bought it and it has now broken again three years after. They broke in the same place both times. I weigh 135 kg and the max weight capacity is 180 kg so it should not be any problem at all. The armrests gets worn down after just a year or so.
Best chair for working and gaming
I love my new chair, confort, quality.mi work 7,5h per day and I game. I finish my day nonpain back. My only concern is adjusting the chair, I am still struggling. Customer service 5* they answered my concern and manage to fix my issue with the delevery.
