- 1x 150ml spray bottle of fabric foam cleaner
- 1x microfiber cloth
Before cleaning, remove visible dirt and blot up excessive liquid.
- Spray an adequate amount of foam (at least 2 full pumps) on the microfiber cloth provided. Do not spray foam directly onto the chair.
- Blot and wipe down in a circular motion over a large area on the chair. AVOID: Spot cleaning and applying foam on non-SoftWeave® Plus fabric areas.
- Rinse cloth with clean water and repeat till clean.
- Allow the chair to air dry before using.

- These are the terms and conditions that apply to the Secretlab Campaign Name - MAGNUS Evo Performance Preset Discount, where a customer may enjoy certain price savings with the purchase of the MAGNUS Evo Performance Preset (the “Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The Promotion will run from 8 July 2026 4AM EDT to 13 August 2026 4AM EDT, or until such time as may be shortened or extended by Secretlab at its sole discretion (the “Campaign Period”).
- To be eligible for the Promotion, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
- You must place an order for the MAGNUS Evo Performance Preset accessible at secretlabchairs.ca/products/magnus-evo (“MAGNUS Evo Product Page”) during the Campaign Period.
- You must apply the discount code SLEV-MEPP5LTO26 at checkout for the discount to apply. Modifications to the selection of accessories within the Performance Preset are permitted, provided that the combined value of the MAGNUS Evo desk and the selected preset accessories meets the required minimum spend of C$1,339 prior to the application of the discount.
- The Promotion is applicable to all desk accessories excluding the Secretlab for Automobili Lamborghini Collection.
- Marketing materials may not display all products included in the preset to which the Promotion applies.
- Secretlab reserves the right to correct pricing errors, modify or cancel offers and prices, as well as amend, add, replace, vary and/or modify any aspect of the promotion (including but not limited to the eligible desk accessories of the preset), in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- Secretlab reserves the right to correct pricing errors, and to modify or cancel offers and prices at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- If you wish to return part of the products in your preset purchase (“Partial Return”), or to cancel your purchase of part of the products in the preset you purchased due to a change of mind (“Partial Cancellation”), the entire discount that was applied to your order will no longer be applicable and will be forfeited if the combined value of the remaining desk and/or preset accessories no longer exceeds the minimum spend stated above (excluding GST). This means that the amount refunded to you for the product(s) you are returning or cancelling will be the discounted price of the product(s) you are returning or cancelling (as reflected in your sales invoice), minus the entire value of the discount that was applied to your order. If the discounted price of the product(s) (as reflected in your sales invoice) you are returning or cancelling is less than the value of the discount that was applied to your order, you will not receive any refund and we reserve the right to clawback the remaining value of the discount that was applied to your order.
- If you wish to return all the products in the preset you purchased (“Full Return”), or to cancel the entire purchase of the preset of products you ordered (“Full Cancellation”), the amount refunded to you will be the price that you paid for the order.
- Partial and Full Returns / Cancellations are subject to the following:
- All products and any accompanying gifts and replacement parts must be disassembled and returned to us in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in good condition (e.g. no stains or obvious signs of wear and tear).
- Damage fees (up to the price of the product) may be deducted from your refund to reflect the diminished value of the product resulting from your handling of the product beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
- Refunds will be initiated within 14 days of our receipt of your returned product, and will be processed via the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
- If the discounted price of the product(s) (as reflected in your sales invoice) you are returning or cancelling is less than the value of the discount that was applied to your order, you will not receive any refund and we reserve the right to clawback the remaining value of the discount that was applied to your order.
- There will be no refund of any shipping costs you paid for your order.
- The discount cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional codes.
- If your order contains 2 or more items with different shipping dates, all items will only be shipped together at the later date. If you would like to receive your items as they become available, you can split them into separate cart purchases but discounts will no longer be applicable.
- Secretlab reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse returns and extension of bundle discounts due to suspected fraud and abuse.
- These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
- Our Return Policy applies. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions supersede our standard Return Policy.
- Secretlab reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in its sole discretion.
- Secretlab’s decision shall be final in the event of any dispute arising from this Promotion.
